- Melt the butter on a pan, and a bit of olive oil in low heat. Then add the shallots. When they are translucent, add two leaves of basil and some slices of lemon zest.
- Boil water, salt it, and cook the pasta.
- Add a little bit of pasta water in the sauce an put in the pasta when cooked. Mix well.
- Add the lemon juice, don't let it cook too much. Now add the mint, a bit more of chopped basil, and a bit more grated lemon zest. Finally add Parmesan and let it melt so the pasta is creamy.
